FAMILY HOSPICE + PALLIATIVE CARE
TO BECOME PART OF UPMC

Pittsburgh-based Family Hospice + Palliative Care, which provides services in 23 counties in
Western Pennsylvania, including Beaver, Lawrence and Allegheny, will become part of the UPMC Home Nursing Agency hospice under UPMC Community Provider Services.
